Sales Manager:

CEN Racing is seeking a motivated career oriented person to fill a Sales Manager position. The duties include the following:

• Maintain Current relationships with customers
• Manage monthly sales
• Increase revenue
• Hold and construct sales meetings to motivate the sales team
• Aid sales reps in sales tactics and general sales knowledge
• Create positive relationships and communication with large distributors
• Create new sale programs for our customers
• Obtain new relationships with customers
• Learn and understand CEN Racing products
• Attend Hobby trade shows and other special events
• Work some weekends
   

Requirements:

• Outgoing and positive personality
• 10 years minimum sales experience
• 5 years of experience in R/C Industry (Preferred)
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to gain relationships with new dealers
• Knowledge of remote control cars is preferred
• Motivation to grow within the company
