Buggy / Matrix TR A-main Finish at XIII Brazil Off-Road National.

The XIII Brazil Off-road National host in Pouso
Alegre City ( MG State) had turn out of over 80 cars.
Team CEN
RAFAEL FELICIO attended the race with Matrix / Matrix TR. A
broken glow plug stopped his bump to the A-main in buggy class.
However, his Matrix TR was leading the Truggy A-main until a receiver
battery failed on him. He finished 8th in the Truggy A-main.
Congrats to
RAFAEL FELICIO and his CEN Matrix finishing in Brazil National A-main
for 5 consecutive years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010.

Team CEN continues to dominate Florida by taking
TQ & 1st place in 1/8 Pro Arena Truck and 1/8 Pro Buggy at Round 2 of the RC
Pro Florida State Series.
The 45 minute Arena Truck A-main saw Batman and the Machine run away
with the race as they battled for the lead while both using the all
new Low Flexx STR Turbo Trax. Perez and Hickerson went on to take a
1-2 finish.
The pro buggy A-main was cut to 20 minutes due to the threat of
rain. Hickerson took the early lead and went on to put the field 3
laps down and take an easy win using VP-Pro Ultra Flexx Mad
Runner/Cutoffs on his buggy.

The 8th and final round of the 2009 Florida State Off Road Series was
held at the world famous Lake Park in Lutz Florida. All of FL's fastest
drivers were there for one last change to practice and prepare for the
ROAR Nationals the following week. It rained Friday, so not many
practiced on the technical layout. The 1st round of qualifying on
Saturday was still wet but getting better. I raced my old Matrix buggy
to save my new CEN Matrix R2 for the Nats. Billy Easton took TQ. In the
2nd round, the rains came again. After a 2 hour break, only some went
out for round 2. Leon McIntosh took the TQ in round 2, just a few tenths
of a second off TQ. Ryan Eckert was 3rd, I was 4th, and JR Mitch was
5th. The top 5 qualifiers were all with in 2.5 seconds of each other.
The A-main would be close with no one having a clear advantage.

Proto won again at Ceara State Championship
CEN Rocks the Podium at the Losi Series in S. California

CEN Racing finishes strong at the Losi Series Race held at Revelation
Raceway in Montclair, California. The two month series brought some serious
competition in all classes ranging from beginner to Pro’s.
In Beginner Truggy, it was Randy Kung who took the over-all
championship with his CEN Matrix
TR Arena! Randy showed the amazing durability of the Matrix
TR Arena as he piloted his truggy to the top spot over the grueling two
month series! In the Beginner Buggy Class, Randy’s brother
Jason Kung rocked the CEN Matrix C1 buggy to an impressive 2nd place finish
over-all! With only a few months of gas experience both Jason and Randy have
proven the durability and racing capabilities of the CEN Matrix line of
vehicles. In the Pro Class, Andrew Smolnik powered his
all new CEN Matrix R2 FRE (due to release next month) to a solid podium 3rd
place finish over-all against some of the best Pro Drivers in Southern
California from a wide range of competing manufacturers. Smolnik once again
continues to exhibit the high quality performance of the all new highly
anticpated Matrix R2 FRE (Factory Race Edition). Congratulations
to Jason, Randy and Andrew for their podium finishes!

Team CEN Racing USA was in attendance with Gene
Hickerson,
Joey Perez, and even Ryan Lopez driving down all the way from Georgia. Jason Rouna and JR Mitch from J-Concepts were there as well as Leon McIntosh from
Pro-line and Ryan Eckert from AKA Tires and many other fast drivers from
various manufactures.
All in all it was a great weekend for CEN Racing USA with two
2nds in qualifying and a win in 1/8th scale expert buggy. These
new CEN Racing Matrix R2 FRE will be available in the USA next month.

CEN CAPTURED 2 TQ´s AND WINNER IN TRUGGY IN START CEARA STATE CHAMPS 2009.
Last saturday (Feb, 14) in Asa Branca Speedway track (Fortaleza city),
drivers from Ceara and Natal city challenge to first race of year 2009 with
Francisco Alcantara winner in Buggy PRO (HB/GRP) and Rafael Felicio (CEN/OS)
take winner and TQ. CEN´s driver Francisco Junior take too TQ in Buggy
class. In Buggy Sport class winner to João Nilton with Mugen.

Buggy Modelis Cup
held in Leiria (Centre of
Portugal)
and TQ all 3 rounds of qualifier by a big margin. Luis is the only
driver making 10 laps in each 5 minutes qualifier. As the track became
more rough in the final event, he piloted the matrix through the bumps and won
the final event
1 lap ahead
of 2nd place Fernando Almeida and 3rd
Jorge Augusto, both driving HongNor cars.

CEN Brazil continues its domination all class in the last round of Brazilian cup. Team CEN driver, Junior
and Rafael took 2nd in Pro buggy, 1st in Pro Truggy along with
5 other CEN drivers in the Top 10 of Pro buggy, Pro Truggy and Sportsman
buggy classes. CEN Racing includes 8 of the Top 24 finishes.
That is an impressive 33.33%

left and Nino Tarara pictured right finished the 2008 RC Pro Wisconsin
Series in the top five. The RC Pro Wisconsin Series was a best 2 out of 3
round Series that included a Final. With their dedication to represent Team
CEN these guys ran the Series hard and did what they could no matter what.
Nino ended up skipping a wedding that was on the rescheduled date of the
Finals. This is a great start to show Wisconsin drivers that CEN is for
real.

Steffen Culmsee attended the the Denmark National Cup 2008 with CEN Matrix
and finished 3rd place. He is 3rd place in overall ranking after 8
rounds of fierce competition. This is his 6th straight season with a
podium finish.

This weekend Team CEN
Portugal's Rodrigo Luis attend the the Portuguese Cup 2008. The race had about 60 drivers, the track was a
real mess, as always, lots of bumps and concrete. In qualifying he
finished 4th overall. In the Semi Final,
he was leading the race, but was dropped to 3rd due to shock problem.
He started the A-main with number 7 and took 2nd position on the podium.
Very well done.

CEN continues its domination all class. Team CEN driver, Junior will have
big opportunity take Champ in Buggy, Team CEN Rafael will be the winner of 2008
Truggy champ 3 consecutives years (2006/2007/2008), on road 1/10 CT4 winner
champs (3x 2006/2007/2008). In state RN (Potiguar Champs, 400 miles from
Fortaleza) I have 2 races more to winner BUGGY class and in Truggy Emiliano
Rosado from Natal (winner 2008 champs with Arena)
Now results race in last weekend (set, 27) in Fortaleza (Race Kart Track), with
CEN´s high level driving. Ceara State have more 2 rounds to decision Champion
2008. The Final buggy have emotional with 2 CEN´s in top challenge 30 minutes and
Francisco Junior winner in last lap in front.

Team CEN Brazil scored again in Beberibe city (Ceara-Brazil) in round 4 to 7 of
Championship 2008. With great performance to CEN´s driver RAFAEL FELICIO and
FRANCISCO JUNIOR winners in Truggy and Buggy class and 2nd place in Truggy
class. Team CEN Brazil is now leading the series again and looking to
capture the championship again for the 3rd straight year.

CEN Racing sweeps round 2 of the RC Pro East Series by TQ'ing & winning 1/8
Expert Buggy and Expert Arena Truck.
Expert Arena Truck
The 45 minute A-main was a race of endurance. Tire wear was not a major factor
as the track was very dusty. OCM's Alan Burton took the early lead after the 1st
lap tangle ups. I dropped down to about 7th and was working my up through the
field. I eventually caught and passed Ogden for 2nd and started to reel in
Burton. Trucks soon started dropping out with various problems giving me a huge
lead over 2nd place Seth Wrobel. As I went in to cruise control for the
remainder of the main event, Pete Worth moved into 3rd 1 lap back and that was
how we finished.
1.8 Expert Buggy
The 45 minute A-main event was sure to be a good battle between Lopez and
myself. But by the end of lap 1, Lopez was back in front with me on his bumper.
We quickly streatched out a big lead over 3rd place. We both pitted at the 8
minute mark, and continued our battle out of pit lane. At the 14 minute mark, we
were still bumper to bumper with no contact at all as we started lapping the
field. Just before the 2nd round of pit stops, Lopez stopped and was out due to
a servo failure. That gave me a huge lead over 2nd place as I slowed the pace
down and again went into cruise control for the next 30 minutes to take an easy
win. |

At the 2008 1st annual Psycho Nitro Blast held
in frigid Atlanta Georgia, Justin Cranford drove his Matrix Arena TR to an
outstanding 2nd place finish in the grueling 60min main event. Justin was
catching the leader and fell seconds short as the final buzzer went off.
Congratulations to Justin Cranford and his (Pit man) / father Mario Cranford
for a job well done!!!
The Cranford's have proven once again that the
Matrix Arena TR is one of the toughest Truggies in the Market!!!! Stay

Republic of Korea on November 25, 2007, TR ARENA (DRIVER: Seok-ho KIM)ranked the
third in the part of TRUGGY and GST7.7 (DRIVER: Seok-min JANG)won the TQ and the
1st title in the part of MONSTER.
KMRCA is a game held in Korea once
a year and it is also the biggest game and the most respected game in Korea.
Then, all car drivers sold in Korea participate in this game and compete with

Team CEN Finland Arto Heinonen strikes again! Team
CEN continues to crush the competition on the International racing scene. Arto
battled with Europe’s very finest drivers to make a clean sweep at the 2007 Hong
Nor (Jamming) Challenge in Finland. Arto was spotted using some proto-type
components that are said to make the Matrix buggy and truggy even more light and
nimble. Team CEN Finland includes 4x spots in the A-main Final and winning both
buggy and truggy class. CEN Racing would like to thank Hong Nor for putting on
this very special event- Arto and CEN Racing will be back next year to defend
the title!

be a dominant force worldwide chalking up another victory for the Matrix Arena
TR at the 2007 F.E.M.C.A. race in Thailand. Team CEN Thailand Paphon-C TQed the
event using his box stock Factory Race Edition CEN Racing Truggy. This
sanctioned event is the big race of the year for this area and Paphon C ran a
flawless main event to capture the FEMCA Championship title.

New Team CEN International driver Mr. Nani Tagle finished 1st place at
the race was held at the
SONIC BOOM race track in manila.
It was an exciting race with our driver
going head to head with mr Jordan Go, another top philippine driver.
Mr Go suffered a car breakdown with his hongnor after falling behind
Mr. Tagle.

2007 Danish National Championships! Rune Gustavson finishes in a respectable 3rd
place! CEN Racing occupies the national title along with 3rd place at the Danish
National Championships! This is the 2nd National Championship CEN Racing has
captured this year!

Off Road Series held in Tampa. With an average of 175 entries this year, the
FSORS is one of the largest series in the USA. 6 of the 8 rounds count

Round 7 of the FSORS was held at the new Farmer's Raceway in
Tampa Florida last weekend. The small track was super blue grooved
before the rains came. In 1/8 Truck, it was series defending champion,
Gene 'the machine' Hickerson, taking TQ in round 1 & 2 with his CEN
Matrix TR Arena. In the 30 minute A-main, it was all Hickerson again,
leading every lap and lapping everyone but JJ Turk in 2nd. 3rd was Anton
Watson, followed by Cen Racing's Kyle Sokol in 4th. In 1/8 Buggy,
Kyosho's Ryan Eckert again took TQ in roun Eckert. JR Mitch worked
his way from 10th spot to take over 2nd. Ruona ran out of fuel near the
end, leaving Mit ch and Eckert to battle for the lead. Mitch won,

2nd rd of the Danish championship was held at the SOS track south of
Copenhagen! I had some pretty good quals and end up 3rd.Peter
Harder(Xray) TQed And my
brother Tim culmsee (Hong nor) 2nd. and that was the same pos. after the
semi-finals!
The final. Peter and I had the best Dog fight ever! 30 min.totally
close race with Tim
only 5.sec behind Tim flamed out and I took the chance to shake Peter
of! I pushed hard the
next laps and He was not able to hang on! It end up with a 1 lap.

Ari Bakla Killed the
opposition with another stunning victory for the CEN Matrix Truggy.
There were 7
Arenas in the whole field and 2 made the main final. The second
arena finished 10th due to an engine issue.

Kyle Sokol TQ'd 1/8 Arena Truck and Tony Pattishall qualified 2nd. Bob
also made the A-main and Jesse Olsen too with their TR Arena's. I
qualifed 2nd in buggy and Kyle Sokol also made the A-main. Detail

Heinonen was unbeatable at the second Koski Challenge indoor race, which
was held last weekend at Valkeakoski, Finland, and wins it! In the
truggy class Arto was holding strong the 3rd position until the servo
broke in the A-Main resulting him 9th. Huge congrats to Arto over
the win

In 1/8th Expert Buggy it was all Kyosho's Ryan Eckert. Ryan
Eckert TQ'd by 8
seconds over Xray's Leon McIntosh and my Cen Matrix Pro, just .1 seconds
behind in 3rd. In the A-main event, Eckert took the hole shot followed
closely by myself. TTR's JR Mitch moved into 3rd and eventually caught
me
and Eckert at the 6 minute mark. As I was heading in for my 1st pit
stop, I
ran out of fuel 1 foot from the line. That put me 2 laps down and left
Eckert and Mitch to battle for 1st. Eckert went on to win by a good 10
seconds, with Kelly Bear taking 3rd.
In 1/8 Truck, Kyosho's Tony Pattishall took the early TQ. But in round
2, I
had a perfect run and took over TQ by 11 seconds. My Matrix TR Arena was
only 3 seconds slower then the Expert Buggy TQ time, even though the
track
was very tight for the big trucks. In the A-main event, CEN's Kyle Sokol
took the lead over from Pattishall early on. I had to work my way up
through
the field as I missed the start. I caught Sokol and followed him as we
stretched out our lead over the rest of the pack. Just before the 1st
pit
stops, Sokol flamed out and dropped back. That gave me a huge lead and I
went on to lap the whole field and win by 3 laps over 2nd place Steve
Szykulski and Glenn Napurski in 3rd to give me a perfect points score of
303
points thus far in the series.

CEN Racing's all new Matrix Arena TR is
sweeping Australia! Our Aussie representative Ari Bakla show
complete domination with his Matrix Arena TR at the RDRC-AWJ Nitro
Challenge last weekend by taking the Championship and 1st place
prize money. On Saturday, Bakla began his domination by
setting the all time track lap record with his Matrix Arena TR.
This lap record was help prior with a 1/8th buggy, and Bakla
shattered the lap record with his CEN Truggy. To top it off, Bakla
then beat his own lap record on Sunday re-breaking the all time lap
record at one single event! In the main event Bakla continued his
conquest by winning the race by over 10 laps!
This is generally unheard of! Ari Bakla's performance authenticates
and confirms CEN Racing's Matrix Arena TR Truggies ability to
perform and compete among the best.
It was almost a foregone conclusion given the blinding pace all
weekend that Ari Bakla and his Rocket propelled CEN would surely
take the 1/8 Truggy title and money out unless an earthquake or
missile were to take him out.

The CEN Matrix TR Arena wins again at the RC Pro East
Series

Gene 'the machine' Hickerson wins 1/8 Expert Arena Truck again at
round 1 of
the RC Pro East Series in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Hickerson took
the lead from TQ, Travis Dupree, with his Cen Matrix TR Arena after the
1st pit stop and never looked back. In 1/8 Expert Buggy, Hickerson
took the lead on lap 2 with his Cen Matrix and lead the 1st half of the
race until his engine mount screws came loose and put him out. TQ, Leon
McIntosh eventually took over the lead and went on to win in a close
race with Robin Nelson.

CEN Racing Matrix Finland Debut - 2nd and 3rd

The Koski Challenge was the first Indoor
race ever in Finland and it was also the first national Truggy race at
the same time, along with the buggy class.
Race was held at -15C outside while
slightly above zero C degrees indoors in a giant football arena with
natural ground, on which a great race track was prepared including fast
sweepers, tight truns and several jumps. Around 35 drivers participated
the race.
It was also a success for CEN and the finnish factory CEN driver Arto
Heinonen sponsored by CEN Racing Finland (JR-Hobby) with his Matrix
buggy and Matrix Arena truggy finishing 3rd and 2nd respectively.

I finished 1st in Truggy and 5th in Buggy. In Buggy, I worked my
way up and was battling with the leaders after 10 minutes. I didn't here
my pit guy call me in so I went another lap and flamed out. By the time
I got back on the track I was about 2 laps down. I was able to race
well for the remainder of the race and pick up some positions and placed
5th.

in a strong 3rd place at the 2006 Fall Nitro Fest at the Farm II in

A main Buggy I qualified 7th out of 97
buggies. I got a bad start in the 45 minute main. After it was all
over I finished 3rd. My Matrix Pro was dialed. I cant wait for next
season, It should be a great year.

We did it again ! 2 years in a
roll CEN dominated the RCCA monster madness by TQ
Truggy, big block and buggy class. CEN Matrix won the Truggy and buggy class in
the end. We also We were trying to go for full sweep and taking the big block
class as well. An unfortunate breakage pulled Nemesis 7.7 off the track
while leading and lapping the field.

CEN Matrix buggy & truck takes the RC Pro Series by
Storm by TQ and 1st

The A-main was 45 minutes and started just before
dark Sunday night. I only qualified 7th, but I got a great start and
took over the lead by lap 2. I had such a big lead that I decided to pit every 4
minutes since my engine went rich once we were racing under the lights. Because
of that, Lance was able to cut the lead down to less then 10 seconds, but fell
short as my CEN Matrix Pro took its first 45 minute A-main event win.....Detail

The largest 1/8 buggy race in USA. With over 150 entries,
this years nationals was extremely competitive with all the top 1/8th
scale buggy manufacturer’s attending. CEN Racing’s Jason Ashton powered his
Matrix Pro into the A main event. We at CEN Racing take pride in being one of

The 2006 Nitro Fest at the Farm II brought out top talent from the top
manufacturers. The importance of this race comes as it’s the same
track where the 2006 Roar Nationals will be held this month in July.
Many manufacturer’s showed up with new products to test and things to
prove. CEN
Racing had a promising performance as there were 3 CEN Matrix buggies in the A
main event.
In the Truggy class it was all Jason Ashton as
he put down the fastest lap time of the weekend. Jason has been on fire as of
late with his prototype Matrix Arena TR. Again, as in buggy CEN provided
three
Matrix Arena TR’s into the A main event, powered by Gene Hickerson, Jason Ashton
and Andrew Smolnik.

My starting position in the final was 5th place! I had a
really good start, and took the lead after second turn! The next 15 minutes I
pushed hard to increase the gap!! After 20 minutes I lapped my worst rival,
Peter Harder!! I took it nice and easy for the remainder of the final, and won
the race!!!
Great race for CEN and I!!!
As allways, great car!!! Now I turn my attention to the euroes in Spain!!!

At this year’s Nitro Maxx Challenge at Pro-Line Raceway,
Andrew Smolnik powered the Matrix Arena TR to a solid 5th qualifying

while in a commanding 3rd place with minutes remaining. It was clear

Team CEN's
Jose Zayas TQ's and wins the 2006 Southwest Showdown at the ARCOR raceway in
Albuquerque, NM on April 21-23. Jose TQ'd all 4 rounds with his CEN
Matrix pro kit. Jose states that the Matrix was absolutely
awesome and is the best 1/8th scale buggy he has driven. The Matrix was the
only 1/8th scale to go 12 laps. Jose's winning setup is available at

The 2006
Silver State Nitro Challenge was once again filled with first class competition
with drivers around the world giving it their all to compete in the show or
better know as the A main event! CEN
Racing had a strong presence this year with three proto-type Truggies qualifying
in the top 15!
Andrew Smolnik qualified 9th
over-all followed by Gene Hickerson and Jason Ashton rounding the top 15
qualifiers. The brutal, bumpy conditions
put a toll on the worlds top drivers taking their skills and equipment to their
limits.
